Update On My Victorian Fancyworks Sampler

Here is an update on my Fancyworks Sampler. Boy, this sampler has alot of stitches on it! It will be worth it when it is done. I ran out of the right colored thread to finish my bullion roses...AHHH! And nobody I know has anymore of that color...I guess I'll try to order some more and hope they have it. I changed the shape of the monogram in the middle and I am happier with it. I'll try to keep updating you with my progress! See you later!

  1. What thread is it, Val? If I have it, it's yours.

Your stitching is, of course, beautiful! I'm going to see if I can make these templates out of that quilting template plastic. Make my DH cut the hard ones for me. =)

  2. What beautiful stitching! I love samplers, whatever the kind. It's fun to try a variety of stitches/patterns.

I got very excited when I saw the word "Bothell" in your URL as it's a town just north of here, and I thought, "Great a source of CQ instruction!" But, alas, your Bothell must be in Kansas.

    Happy Stitching,
    Judy S.
