Enrollment has begun for the Valentine Crazy Quilt! This is a picture of what the quilt will look like when it is completed. This is a combination of a block of the month and an online class. It will be a block of the month class because you will purchase your square every month as usual. It will be an online class because there will be a private blog set up to answer any questions you have on any of the stitches done on the block. This will be very interactive because I will answer questions that you ask! The first portion we will work on, is the red heart in the center of the quilt. We will work on the heart for a couple of weeks, and then we will start on the large center portion of the quilt. It's size is 20 x 30 inches and we will work on that for the next 4 months. We will focus on one corner each of the 4 months. Prices will include your class and the square pieced and ready to go. I will order embellishments and threads for the quilt once I know how many people will want/need them. After the four months on the center, we will begin on the 14 squares that surround the large center square. Prices for the block of the month are as follows: Center red heart block-$25.00, Large 20x 30 square $160.00(remember this is a 4 month class!) and $25.00 per block for the 14 remaining squares. The prices don't include embellishments or thread. Some of my students have opted to do only the red heart and the large center portion of the quilt.
